		<description>Thanks very much for setting up this blog and for sharing your thoughts. Being assessed can be confusing-like trying to play a game without knowing the rules. One reason is that the transplant teams themselves usually have very little experience of altruistic donation and are feeling their way. They are likely to be concerned to avoid any possible problems and a bit wary of the donor&#039;s motivation. I found the process rather slow and frustrating at times depite having an excellent transplant coordinator and being medical myself.
