If you give me any personal details by sending an e-mail, writing me a letter, contacting me via the website or posting a comment on the website,  I may use your personal information to communicate with you – for example, to answer your queries, or to put you in touch with someone who can help, but only after getting your permission first to do so and the permission of the person we put you in contact with.

An example of this is, say, someone wishes to be put in contact with a donor from the same hospital they will be donating from so as to get first hand information.  Only if both parties are agreeable will information be given. Neither party will know who the other one is unless they both agree to the exchange of information.
